The practice is located beside the Crumlin Road Courthouse with Hopewell Avenue running behind. There is vehicular and pedestrian access from the Crumlin Road and pedestrian access from Hopewell Avenue.

To order your repeat prescription online click the image below. You will need to obtain a user ID and password from reception to use this facility. PLEASE LEAVE 72hours before collecting the prescriptiom from the pharmacy

To join our practice simply contact reception either in person or by phone (028 9074 1188) and they will advise you. All new patients will be required to attend an appointment with a doctor.
